Many cancers are preventable. These are the biggest modifiable risk factors.

Almost half (~40%) of all cancers in adults over 30 in the U.S. were found to be attributable to potentially modifiable risk factors. Findings like this can be used to bolster the medical relevance of lifestyle intervention innovations, such as smoking cessation and food as medicine.
